Shipping policy
Domestic shipping
I offer free domestic shipping for first class mail for most products. Free shipping takes at most 7-10 business days to arrive. If you need faster shipping, you may purchase it.
Free shipping for domestic sticker and greeting card orders are mailed via stamped letter with no tracking.
International shipping
I do ship to the UK and the rest of the world.
For the EU and Northern Ireland, I am only able to ship a subset of items in the EU Shop.
My discounted flat rate international shipping from California can take up to a few weeks to arrive.
I offer flat rate shipping depending on your location. Please check shipping rates for exact costs.
Approximate economy international shipping costs are as follows:
- $15-20 for foiled prints
- $2 for stickers and greeting cards

Processing time
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies.
Foiled Prints
For existing prints, processing time is 1-4 business days. For custom pet portraits, I can take a couple months to reach your spot on the waitlist. Once I reach you, it should take maximum a few weeks to make your custom pet portrait.
Third Party Printed Items (Paintings, clothing, etc. )
As these items are manufactured and fulfilled by a third party, there will be up to 2 weeks of production time before the item is shipped.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
